Custom Apparel Printing in Saratoga & the Bay Area
Where is Creative 8 Apparels located?
Creative 8 Apparels is a custom apparel printing company based in Saratoga, California. We primarily serve California and the Bay Area (Saratoga, San Jose, Palo Alto, and nearby communities), and we ship nationwide across the U.S. We create custom shirts, team apparel, business apparel, school apparel, event merchandise, and more.
Do you provide custom apparel printing in San Jose and Palo Alto?
Yes. We serve businesses, schools, sports teams, organizations, and individuals throughout San Jose, Palo Alto, Saratoga, and nearby Bay Area communities. Orders can be shipped directly to you; for tighter timelines, choose a faster shipping method at checkout.
How long does custom apparel printing take?
Standard production typically takes around 3–7 business days after artwork approval. For tighter timelines, choose 2-Day Air at checkout to shorten transit (print production time still applies separately).
Do you ship custom apparel?
Yes. We're based in California (Saratoga / Bay Area) as our primary market and fulfillment hub, and we ship nationwide across the U.S. California customers can also choose local pickup. If you're near Saratoga, San Jose, or Palo Alto, contact us to discuss the fastest option.
What types of custom apparel do you print?
We print custom T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, team apparel, business apparel, school apparel, event shirts, and other garments. Whether you need one piece or a larger group order, we'll help you choose the right garment and printing option.
What printing method do you use?
We select the printing method based on your artwork, garment, and order requirements to produce detailed, vibrant, and durable prints. You'll receive an artwork proof to review and approve before production begins.
Custom Team Apparel & Team Orders
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes. Visit the Portfolio page on our site for team, school, and event examples.
How far in advance should I order before the season?
We recommend finalizing your design and payment 4–8 weeks before your season or event. For printed orders, turnaround is best measured from the date you approve the artwork.
Do you ship to Canada?
Checkout currently accepts U.S. addresses only; shipping to Canada is planned. There is no country-code field at checkout: state CA means California, not Canada.
How does shipping work for a Group Store (Pay Separately)? Where do orders ship?
Each member pays shipping for their own order — costs are not split with anyone else. By default each order ships to the address entered at checkout; California orders may also choose local pickup in Saratoga. Orders over the free-shipping threshold get free standard shipping. We do not hold shipments until the whole group has paid. See the Shipping Policy and Group Store rules.
Custom Team Apparel & Team Orders
Can I order multiple sizes at once?
Yes. The customizer includes a team size grid — enter a quantity for each size and add them all to your cart at once.
What is a Group Store (Pay Separately)?
After the team captain finishes the design, they publish a share link. Parents open the link, pick their own sizes, and each pays separately — no need for the captain to collect cash. This is separate from the Standard Team Order flow.
What happens if the group doesn't reach the expected quantity by the deadline?
We only produce items that have been paid for. Unselected or unpaid items are not printed or reserved. The expected quantity is an estimate only — it is not guaranteed, and it does not trigger automatic refunds.
If the captain closes the Group Store early, who notifies the parents?
The system blocks new orders immediately; notifying parents is the captain's responsibility. We only handle production and shipping for paid orders — we cannot guarantee every parent is notified, and we do not mediate private disputes between captains and parents.
Do Group Store (Pay Separately) orders get volume discounts?
No. Group Store pricing is locked at the listed website price once the link is published, and the 10/25/50/100-piece discounts do not apply. For tiered volume discounts, place a Standard Team Order with a single checkout instead.
Can custom apparel be returned?
No — custom orders are final sale. Returns/exchanges are not accepted except for production or quality errors on our part. Wrong size, change of mind, or roster changes are not eligible. Exception: if we send a delay notice and the order has not yet shipped or been picked up, you may cancel for a full refund on the order tracking page. Report quality issues within 14 days of delivery. See the Return and Shipping policies.
What youth sizes do you offer?
Youth products use YXS, YS, YM, YL, and YXL — a separate range from adult sizes.
How do team discounts work?
Volume discounts apply only to Standard Team Orders (same-cart custom apparel piece total). Exact thresholds and percentages are on the Pricing & Team Discounts page (admin-configurable). Group Store (Pay Separately) orders are excluded.
Where can I see the full pricing rules?
Visit the Pricing & Team Discounts page for a Standard Team Order vs. Group Store (Pay Separately) comparison and the full discount tiers.
Which print locations can I customize?
Front, back, left/right sleeves, and the neck tag. Artwork is kept within the safe print area.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single piece or place a full team order.
Tax, Privacy & Compliance
Why is California sales tax added at checkout?
Custom apparel shipped to California is taxable. In live checkout, tax is calculated by Stripe Tax for the destination; on local/soft-launch sites you may see an estimated combined rate (about 8.75%), which can vary slightly by ZIP.
What is the Proposition 65 warning?
California requires chemical-exposure warnings for certain products before purchase. At checkout, if the state is California (shipping or local pickup), you'll be asked to confirm the notice. See the Proposition 65 page for details.
How do I exercise my CCPA rights?
Visit the California Consumer Privacy page to learn about your rights, then use the Privacy Request form or email our privacy inbox. We do not sell personal information.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available. If you order as a guest, the confirmation page provides an order access code you can use together with your order number to look up the order later. Registering makes it easier to manage orders and addresses.
Ready to get started?
Team orders paid in one checkout earn volume discounts; a Group Store (Pay Separately) is perfect for sharing a link with everyone.
