Policies

For orders with printing: online previews are for illustration only; final printing follows the design files and placement confirmed by both parties.

1. Upload & Contact

In main-photo mode (checkbox placements), you may optionally upload artwork for each print placement on the customizer (GIF/PNG/JPG/PDF/TIFF); you can also order first without uploads. After ordering we still contact you at your order email to confirm; if higher resolution or adjustments are needed, we will request them. Production begins only after final approval from both parties.
After a Order Online (full customizer) is placed, we contact you at your order email to confirm styles, quantities, turnaround, and artwork; we will ask for final design files during this contact (online mockups are not production files), and production begins only after final approval from both parties.
Group Stores (Pay Separately): the design is locked by the captain at publishing. Members do not need to provide design files when ordering; we schedule printing based on paid quantities and the locked preview. To change the artwork, the captain must create a new group store.

Preferred: .ai, .svg, or vector PDF.
Also accepted: high-resolution PNG/JPG with a transparent background (about 300 DPI at actual print size recommended); the customizer also accepts GIF/TIFF.
Composite previews from the online customizer and low-resolution screenshots are not used as final print files; even if you uploaded files on the customizer, we may still ask for a higher-resolution version for production.

Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates.
For orders with printing: the more accurate turnaround counts from the day both parties confirm the artwork and placement.
Slow responses to our confirmation requests may delay shipment; see your order communication log for details.

You warrant that you have the rights to use the artwork; the ordering party bears liability for any infringement.
We may refuse illegal, infringing, or inappropriate artwork and cancel the related unproduced orders.
