• Custom apparel is made to order and is final sale except for quality/production errors; for blanks returns, see the Returns & Refunds Policy.
• For artwork approval, see the Artwork & Proofing Policy; for group stores, see the Group Store Rules.
• Apparel shipped to California is taxable merchandise; live payments use Stripe Tax to calculate district rates. See also Prop 65 and CCPA.
• For payment disputes, please contact customer service first; in the event of a bank chargeback, we may submit order and communication evidence and pause fulfillment.
• You warrant that your shipping information is accurate and that you have the rights to use your artwork; we reserve the right to cancel orders with non-compliant artwork.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages is capped at the amount paid for the order in question.
• We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site.
