Shipping Policy
We print and ship from Saratoga, California. We primarily serve California (including the Bay Area) small businesses, sports teams, schools, and event groups, and we ship nationwide to other U.S. states. Shipping to Canada is planned; checkout currently accepts U.S. addresses only.
Printed and shipped from Saratoga, serving all of California. Print production takes about 3–7 business days (counted after artwork approval). Local pickup is also available. During sports seasons and corporate event peaks, please order 4–8 weeks ahead.
Turnaround (orders paid together)
- Print production: about 3–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (within California): 1–3 business days · total time: About 5–10 business days (3–7 days printing + in-California delivery)
- 2-Day Air: 1–2 business days · total time: About 4–9 business days (3–7 days printing + 2-day air)
- Local pickup (South Bay): Ready for pickup when complete (no carrier transit) · total time: About 3–7 business days (we notify you when ready for pickup; no shipping)
Please note: Transit days start after production is finished and handed to the carrier. Printing still takes about 3–7 business days (counted from artwork approval). Local pickup has no carrier transit; we notify you when the order is ready.
Order cutoff times (Pacific Time, PT): standard production 5:00 AM PT (orders placed after the cutoff can still be placed, but standard turnaround counts from the next business day).
Shipping / Pickup Delays
If your estimated delivery will be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email with a new ETA. You may choose to agree to wait or cancel for a full refund (for paid orders not yet shipped or picked up). Please respond on the order tracking page; until you respond, we may pause fulfillment and follow up manually.
How Shipping Is Calculated (orders paid together and Group Stores)
- Shipping is calculated separately for each order and is never combined with or split across other members' or the captain's orders.
- At checkout you can choose: Standard Shipping $10.00, 2-Day Air $15.00, or Local pickup Free.
- Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $149.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping (2-Day Air still costs extra; local pickup is always free).
- Shipping and tax do not count toward group-discount quantities.
Group Store Shipping (Please Read Carefully)
- Default: each member enters their own shipping address on their own order, and items ship to that address; local pickup (California only) is also available.
- Shipping is paid by the member placing the order on that order; the captain does not collect shipping fees, and we do not split shipping across the group.
- We do not hold shipments until the whole group has paid; each paid order is processed and shipped separately according to the production schedule.
- If a "ship everything to the captain's address" option is offered in the future, it will still be based on each member's order and governed by separate rules; until stated otherwise in writing, consolidated shipping does not apply.
Tracking details are emailed after shipment; local pickup orders get a ready-for-pickup notice.
The checkout form uses U.S. addresses (two-letter state code + ZIP). The state code CA means California and is unrelated to the country code for Canada.
