Pricing & Group Discounts
The two ordering methods have different pricing rules; refer to the table below.

orders paid together: Group Discount Tiers
Applies only to orders paid together: total custom/team apparel pieces in the same cart. Not for Group Store or blanks-only (blanks may share the cart but do not count).
A discount applies only when a threshold is met; the highest matching tier wins.
Calculation order: unit price per item = base product price + surcharge for each printed location on that item → subtotal = unit price × quantity → then apply the discount % below. The discount is not applied to the "blank base price" alone.
- 12+ items: 5% off
- 24+ items: 10% off
- 50+ items: 15% off
- 100+ items: 20% off
Example: $20 base price with a $3 front-print surcharge, 23 items all printed on the front → $23 unit price, $529.00 subtotal → the "12+ items: 5% off" tier applies (under 24 items, the "24+ items: 10% off" tier is not yet reached).
Items That Do Not Count Toward Group Discount Quantities
- Group store items (these discounts never apply to them)
- Blank Apparel items — they can share a cart with custom items but do not count toward discount quantities
- Shipping and tax
Other Fees (Common to Both Ordering Methods)
- Shipping: calculated per order; merchandise subtotals of $149.00 or more get free standard shipping. Group store shipping is never combined or split. See the Shipping Policy for details.
- California sales tax: calculated at checkout when the shipping state is CA (live checkout uses Stripe Tax; previews may show about 8.75% (estimated)).
- Returns: custom items are final sale except for quality/production errors. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
