Match the Shirts to the Event
Custom volunteer shirts and event crews
Choose a color and clear print that help people recognize your volunteers or crew. Count staff and participant shirts separately, including youth sizes if needed. These shirts are not certified high-visibility or protective clothing.
Custom fundraiser shirts
Include garments, printing, shipping and tax when planning your fundraiser price. Send us the quantity and required date for a quote. We supply the apparel; donation collection and distribution of fundraising proceeds remain with your organization.
Band merch and community merchandise
For custom band merch or shirts you plan to sell, compare fabric, fit and print examples. Use artwork you have permission to reproduce. Printing is on existing garments; ask separately about labels, special packaging, embroidery or garment manufacturing.
Family reunion and small group shirts
Choose adult and youth styles, then collect sizes from each household. Family reunion shirts have no minimum order. If each shirt needs a different name or number, include that in your quote request so we can confirm the cost and process.
Plan for the day you need the shirts
Set a deadline for collecting sizes and artwork. Tell us the date the shirts must arrive and the delivery ZIP code. If you plan to pick up, wait for confirmation that everything is ready. Ask us before relying on a rush deadline.
Confirm Artwork and Timing
Printing takes about 3–7 business days after artwork approval. Shipping starts after production and carrier handoff; 2-Day Air takes about 1–2 business days after shipment. Carrier times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
