A Silicon Valley small business did not want souvenir tees. Front desk, field calls, the occasional job site: one logo on the left chest, lines you can still read after a few washes, so customers know which shop they walked into. Mostly short sleeves. A few hoodies. Accounting wanted one invoice, not forty employee cards.

The manager collected sizes and checked out 35 pieces at once, which is how volume tiers apply. Extra blanks for later printing can ride in the same cart. They do not count toward the piece total. A mark that small shows a weak file first. Approval means a vector or a large clean PNG, not the on-screen mockup. Use your own mark. A lookalike pulled off the internet will not get printed. Lock the file three to four weeks before you open or host. Ordering the week the doors open does not make the press faster. Air only shortens the road.
