Case Description
On tournament Saturday, parents want to know who can walk onto the field. Not whether the tee looks clever. An organizer for a youth event in Santa Clara County needed staff shirts: STAFF on the chest, an event mark on the sleeve. Short sleeve, washable, wearable when the fields heat up.
Twenty pieces, one checkout. Volunteers should not be guessing sizes on their own cards. Placement was set online, then the real file went through approval. Two locations means two add-ons. Lock one layout. Do not invent a version per person.
If you are short on days, two-day air at checkout only shortens the road. It does not shorten the press. Count from the day both sides approve the art. Use your own event name and mark. A league or pro lockup you do not have rights to will not get printed.
