Bay Area Church Summer Camp Shirts: Small Icons, Year on the Sleeve

A Bay Area church needed camp tees that would be sweated in and photographed all week, not a shirt that still looked brand new. Comfort Colors — that already-washed hand — fit better. A few small icons on the front. The year on the sleeve, so next summer does not get mixed with last year's box.

Volunteers started with the custom-request form, spelled out colors and art, and ordered after we wrote back. About fifty pieces, one checkout, which is how volume tiers apply. Camp rosters mix kids and adults. Youth sizes and adult sizes go on separate lines. Do not enter the whole list as "children." If you qualify for a tax exemption, use the form on the site. A note that says "we're a church" does not take the tax off.

Small multi-color icons are where the screen lies. The preview is for placement. We printed after both sides approved the production file. Use your own camp theme. Scripture, a cross, or any faith mark: only a version you have the right to use and have actually signed off. Lock the file about five weeks before camp. A June week and a file still moving in April will land in the same production pile as everyone else's summer.
